Rhonda jumped on a new listing and made me aware that the property would probably go quickly. Sure enough it had 10 offers the day it listed. With Rhonda’s expert assistance getting an offer written quickly, we were the winning bid even though we weren’t the highest offer. Can’t say enough how thankful I am that she represented us in the purchase!
